President Donald Trump
President of the United States of America
Washington D.C. 20500
On this historic day, January 15, 2018, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the work he did for equal rights. So, what better time to write this petition.
“We the People” urge you(Our Government) to make it unconstitutional to ask an American Citizen their race in this Great United States. Race removed from all applications etc…
This shall be a movement for Human Equality. An America with no recognition of race. Where Citizens have equal right for all, based on being a human.
We are all legal citizens of this United States. We are either born a United States Citizen or granted Legal Citizenship. As such, we should be free from our government’s discrimination though race classifications. We as individuals should be proud of our heritage. But our government should steer clear of any such divisions. We as a nation should be “ONE”.
The sooner we, as a nation, quit referring to our citizens as Caucasian, African American, Asian, Mexican, etc., the sooner we start to see some real change. If not for us, for our kids because believe it or not, we are perpetuating the problem.
We are Americans! We are citizens of the United States of America! We are Humans!
America is an immigrant country. If there were a supreme race it would be a combination of all of us. And it will eventually end up that way. So why don’t we start acting like the intelligent species we are and acknowledge that now.
The sooner we change this, the sooner America can start the healing.
The American People
